Once you arrive in Colombia, you will have the opportunity to meet with your doctor, see your accommodation, and decide if you wish to proceed with your treatments. If you’re not comfortable, we can introduce you to another professional, or you can return home. If you choose to stay, you’ll sign the contract and make the full payment via cash, Zelle, or Venmo. We also offer financing options.

8. Can I choose my doctor?
We suggest the best doctor based on your preferences. If, after your first consultation, you feel that the doctor is not a good fit, we will happily connect you with another qualified professional.
9. Where will I stay?
You will stay in one of our luxurious, secure facilities, complete with 24/7 security, a personal concierge, and healthy meals provided daily.
10. Will I be safe?
Yes, we guarantee your safety from the moment you arrive at the airport to the moment you leave. You will be assigned a personal concierge dedicated to you, along with a chauffeur for transportation, and full medical insurance for peace of mind.
11. How will I know what to do?
Your personal concierge will keep you informed about your medical appointments and arrange all transportation. You can also access your appointments through your client portal for added convenience.
12. How do I prepare for my medical procedure in Colombia?
We will guide you through every step of preparation, including medical assessments, travel arrangements, and pre-operative consultations with your doctor. Our team will provide specific instructions regarding fasting, medication, and other necessary pre-treatment requirements to ensure you are fully prepared.
13. Do I need to stay in Colombia for a long time after my treatment?

16. What kinds of post-op services do you offer?
